We're not architects, we're not historians and we don't know much about anything. However we do like modern houses and Christchurch is a great place for them.

16 Coldstream Ct. Minson, Henning-Hansen & Dines.

We like this house. The two small front pavilions open onto a lovely moss-covered garden. The house is bordered by a stream and a red Japanese bridge gives access to the garage. In the middle of it all is a courtyard swimming pool.

    This house was designed by Minson Henning-Hansen & Dines in the early 1970’s.
