We're not architects, we're not historians and we don't know much about anything. However we do like modern houses and Christchurch is a great place for them.

4 Michael Ave. Architect Unknown.

This one caught me by surprise on a journey to my location further up the hill. Peering in the window gave a glimpse of all the original fittings and fixtures. It also nearly gave me 4 years for trespassing and invasion of privacy.

    This house was designed by Griffith and Moffit Architects for my uncle Gordan Honeybone who built the house to live in for a number of years
