A very early example and supposedly the eighth Warren & Mahoney house built. Known as the K. Uren House, small but perfectly formed with lots of architecture in a small package, just the way we like it. Very original with what looks like an extra extension at the back. Extension not in keeping. Originally 2 bedrooms. Great details and a very clear, concise layout, particularly the relationship between the big beam that flys across, the confident chimney, the overall proportions, the sun room that projects out, the car port and garden wall, the spindliness of the columns supporting the car port.
