We're not architects, we're not historians and we don't know much about anything. However we do like modern houses and Christchurch is a great place for them.

Mt Pleasant Rd. Malcolm House. Stewart Minson.

This home and studio, designed in 1951 by Stewart Minson was recently advertised for sale as a ‘redevelopment’ opportunity and sadly demolished. Stewart Minson designed many modernist homes in Christchurch during the 1950s and 60s and later teamed up with Holger Henning-Hansen to design the NZIA National Award winning CSA building.
