We're not architects, we're not historians and we don't know much about anything. However we do like modern houses and Christchurch is a great place for them.

This 1970s home is spread the width of the section to take full advantage of the stunning Northern views. Downstairs is a connecting space flowing from kitchen, dining, living and into a library. Upstairs are lots of bedrooms.

    Don’t you just love the insult to original proportion given by the addition of the 90′s tan brick and steel generic fence. ref fig2
