We built a house down the road and fell in love with Warran and Mahonyhomes. We tried to talk our mother in to buy this in the late 70's, early 80.s (?) but not a goer. It went very cheap! Couldn't believe it. Am now in Chch trying to float garden Village, W &M style would be the ideal, who knows! I take it this is on Queens Drive.
