We're not architects, we're not historians and we don't know much about anything. However we do like modern houses and Christchurch is a great place for them.

104 Rossall St. John Brown Flats. Warren & Mahoney.

Dean sent in these pics of his new flat. A late 60s design in classic early W&M style: concrete block with rimu and meranti timber detailing. Dean has done a nice job inside and needs to club the body corporate like baby seals until they return the exterior to crisp white.

The copy of Sir Miles’ book on the coffee table is noted.

    These flats were originally built for a Miss Broderick

    Maurice, a very warm welcome to the site.

    I feel like a fool even attempting to correct you, but I think the flats for Miss Broderick are round the corner on Rhodes St.
