We're not architects, we're not historians and we don't know much about anything. However we do like modern houses and Christchurch is a great place for them.
If you know of a house that deserves a mention please let us know. If we've made a mistake, do the same. If you like the site, tell your friends. If you hate the site, tell your friends you like it anyway. It's a minor white lie that anyone would forgive.
The fine people at Home magazine have published some killer shots of the MJ Foster house on their blog. Miles, Maurice and the team really excelled themselves on this job. As they did on the Don Forbes house, also currently for sale.

Hey how about a photography credit – this is copyrighted material after all!
PS. Your last post featuring every WAM house was cute but totally useless without identifying captions. How did the WAM designed Office Rd townhouses in Merivale fair in the earthquake? I remember photographing them for HOME magazine a number of years ago when Richard McGowan owned the front unit.
Calling all Warren & Mahoney followers, I’m lucky enough to be representing the current owner of 100 Office Road (front flat) please take the opportunity to view Wed 13/07/11 5.00 – 6.00pm (and for the next 4 weeks) or Sat-Sun 3.00 – 3.30pm. I have enjoyed Christchurch Modern for the last 12 months, since a client told me to check it out, particularly the humour scattered throughout.
It’s very cool to be doing open homes at Office Road, I feel more like a curator than a real estate agent, proudly showing off this work of art. Seriously pop in and check it out, could be a few years before the next opportunity.
