		<description>Hello,
Very interested in this house if for sale. I met Alan Mitchener when about 18. We are thinking of moving back to Ch-ch, my wife (a former architect) and I (who worked briefly in John Collins&#039; Office) like this design--and location. Hope the house is still standing! If on market, or likely to come on market over next few years, please let me know.
Thank-you, and best wishes for the Christmas season.
